Stephanie's intention is to share her longtime passion for the joy and healing qualities movement brings, through yoga and dance.
By connecting the flow of breath with the rhythm of movement and expanded consciousness, we weave together a full expression of a soulfully connected human body and spirit, either on the mat or in dance class.
All of her classes include vivid imagery, proper alignment cues and adjustments, challenging postures or moves, creative sequences and fun play. She enjoys teaching people of all walks of life and of all ages, and adapt with ease to the needs of my students.
Stephanie's happiness comes from seeing her students leave class feeling uplifted and forever changed.

Practicing privately with a yoga instructor is an effective way in building a foundation and gaining confidence in learning the basic principles of yoga before diving into group classes.
