Stephanie's enjoys sharing the healing qualities of movement, by learning to be fully present, and by joyfully exploring the practices of yoga and dance. Always learning and sharing, her classes move fluidly through her somatic knowledge, genuine interest in people and psychosocial components.
All of her classes include vivid imagery, proper alignment cues and adjustments, challenging postures or moves, creative sequences and fun play. She enjoys teaching people of all walks of life and of all ages, and adapts with ease to the needs of her students.
